CAA Sets December 8 for Registered Minnesota Producers to Add Their Brand Information
Circular Action Alliance posted a notice in its Producer Portal on October 9, 2026 saying it must send the regulator a list of registered producers and their brands, and that it will leave out of its next list any producer that has not entered its brands in the portal’s Brand Management tab by December 8, 2026. CAA’s portal guidance on brand management says brand information provided before October 8, 2026, through reporting or any other route, must be entered again in Brand Management.

What this means for you: if you are registered with CAA for Minnesota, sign in to the Producer Portal and enter each of your brands in Brand Management by December 8, 2026. If your Minnesota registration shows Pending, CAA’s guidance has you finish signing the Minnesota Interim State Addendum first. See the Minnesota timeline.
